Here’s the first video from DJ Dips’ forthcoming album – ‘This DJ’. Featuring father and son, Nirmal Sidhu and Nav Sidhu, the single ‘Nachale Sanu Naal’ is due for release on Monday 6^th December 2010.

DJ Dips delivered some big Bhangra numbers last year such as ‘Gal Sun’, ‘Nagin’ and the number one single of 2009 – ‘Gerra De De’ on his debut solo album ‘Stand Up Vol.1’. The album did well to propel DJ Dips further into the Bhangra scene. Continuing his streak of success Dips is gearing up for the release of his second album.

The last track we heard from DJ Dips was ‘This DJ’, a Grime and Bhangra mash up. For ‘Nachale Sanu Naal’ Dips returns to Bhangra and keeps it Desi. The uptempo Giddha style number is getting a great response across radio, parties and clubs and is accompanied by a colourful dance filled video featuring  Nirmal Sidhu, Nav Sidhu, Drumline, Nachde Panjabi Dancers and of course DJ Dips on the decks.

For his latest musical offering, DJ Dips has brought together father and son duo Nirmal Sidhu and Nav Sidhu for a huge party treat – ‘Nachale Sanu Naal’.

Last year, DJ Dips released his debut solo Bhangra album ‘Stand Up Vol. 1’; the album featured tracks such as ‘Gal Sun’, ‘Nagin’ and the number one single of 2009 – ‘Gerra De De’ featuring Miss Pooja, Lehmber Hussainpuri and Kaka Bhaniawala. The Bhangra releases were followed by a grime inspired take on ‘Gerra De De’. Featuring a sample of Miss Pooja’s vocals and five British Asian MC’s. ‘This DJ’ received a great response and mainstream exposure, further displaying this young producers ability, creativity and appeal.

Having established a solo career and now a well recognised name in the music industry, gig scene and wedding market, DJ Dips is all set for his second album release. For the first track off the album, DJ Dips returns to his Bhangra roots and has produced a real uptempo desi number that will encourage even the shyest of partygoers to hit the dance floor. Featuring the distinct vocals of Bhangra veteran Nirmal Sidhu and presenting young upcoming talent Nav Sidhu, ‘Nachale Sanu Naal’ blends Giddah Boli and Bhangra beats for an entertaining number.

DJ Dips latest album has been proving to be quite a success since its release over a week ago. First there was the Bollywood inspired ‘Gal Sun’, then there was ‘Nagin’ featuring Sharmilla and now DJ Dips goes desi with the video  to ‘Gerra De De’.

Shot by Soundpipe FX, here is a teaser of the video to ‘Gerra De De’ which features Miss Pooja and Kaka Bhaniawala. Unfortunately, Lehmber Hussainpuri, who also features on this Boliyaan track couldnt make the shoot for the video. The video will be hitting TV screens soon.

‘Gerra De De’ is taken from DJ Dips’ latest album – ‘Stand Up Vol.1′.
