Introducing JOJO singer of Maah-e-ru
Musical journey of JOJO in Mumbai started with “MERA DIL TERA HUA” a musical album, composed by Late Shree R.D. Barman in he sang the title number with Sapna Mukharjee. That was year 1991

Jojo’s debut Hindi Pop album “HUM TUMSE” was released from HMV during 1993.

Later “Dillagi” on Zee TV Serial – the title music made JOJO a known name in the music world SUBAH SUBAH JAB KHIDKI KHOLE, BAJOO WALI LADKI HAI…, HELLO… HOW ARE YOU… from the movie “YASH” catapulted JOJO into the top echelon of singers.

Once again JOJO hit the chartbuster, and this time ARE BABA ARE BABA KARE KYA DEEWANA… (Auzaar) and APNI TO EK HI LIFE… EK HI LIFE…(Auzaar)

There was no looking back after that… He sang for many films…

Jojo started career way back in 1986 with the renowned rock group SHIVA in Calcutta. He was the lead singer. He performed with every big name and group in the music world… ROCK MACHINE, 13AD, AGNI, Sharone Parabhakar, Garoy Lawyer, Remo Farnandes, Usha Uthup, Shweta shetty & Sunita Rao… he loved to perform with.
