Award winning producer PBN, who gave us the best album of 2010 and the biggest selling single last year has started his campaign to take over 2011 as well. His new album – ‘Me, Myself & Music‘ is set to release this autumn and PBN’s first single ‘Fitteh Moo‘ is already creating a major buzz for what is set to be another hit album. The single went straight to number one in the UK World iTunes chart within hours of its release.

The man behind hits such as ‘Kaun Nee Jaandah’, ‘Aashiq’ and ‘Aaj Me Peeni’ has been reigning the Bhangra charts, dance floors and DJ systems over the last few years. His popularity and demand has lead to collaborations with renowned artists and performances across the globe. With each album his reach is getting further and his following is getting bigger. Showcasing his ability to work with different styles and an understanding of his audience, PBN continues to attract listeners and satisfy Bhangra fans around the world.

PBN aims to create memorable numbers, which stand the test of time and live up to his ‘Hitmaker’ title. With his latest release, ‘Fitteh Moo‘ PBN has done just that. Hit making producer, PBN gets behind the mic again!

Last year we heard PBN make his singing debut and lend his vocals to the track ‘Sohni Lagdi’ which also featured Apache Indian. Taken from the album ‘Homegrown’ the track was really well received by both the industry and music fans.

The fantastic reaction to his voice and the track cemented the idea in PBN’s mind to follow it up with another track for the album ‘Crowd Pleaser‘.

“Last year I released a song on ‘Homegrown’ titled ‘Sohni Lagdi’.  It not only featured Apache Indian but was also my vocal debut.  We received a great response and this encouraged me to step into the vocal booth once more. ‘Kaun Nachdi‘ is more up tempo and a lot more geared for the Dance floor.  I have been performing the new song at recent events and it seems to be going down well with all audiences.  Hopefully you guys will enjoy the song and the visuals to go with it.” PBN.

Accompanying the song, PBN has shot another video. The third video from the album is hitting screens this week.

PBN also goes for a new look in the video too. Recently signed up to be the face of Julian Trivedi clothing line, a bespoke mens designer specialist, PBN can be seen in two of his pieces in the ‘Kaun Nachdi‘ video. A black distinguished modern blazer with tie and for the first time in his videos he can be seen wearing traditional Indian attire and dons a red silk shervani.

‘Kaun Nachdi‘ follows the release of chart toppers ‘Kaun Nee Jaandah’ featuring The Dhol Foundation and ‘Gereh Kad Dee’ featuring H-Dhami from the album ‘Crowd Pleaser‘.

The track is available to download as a single via iTunes and is in stores on the album ‘Crowd Pleaser‘ now.

After storming to the top of the Official Asian Download Charts PBN and Limitless Records are proud to release the video to ‘Gereh Kad Dee‘ featuring the UK Bhangra star H-Dhami.

The video which was shot in Mumbai captures the theme of the song, full of dance and energy and features PBN, H-Dhami and a cameo by actor Ameet Chana of Eastenders fame.

Following the monster hit ‘Kaun Nee Jaandah’, ‘Gereh Kad Dee‘ is the second consecutive number one from super producer PBN’s fifth album ‘Crowd Pleaser‘ which was released last month.

PBN has been busy promoting the album across the UK and around the world with recent tours in Canada and Malaysia. ‘Homegrown’ was one of the biggest Bhangra albums of 2009 and has gained PBN a Best Producer nomination at the UK Asian Music Awards and more recently nominations for Best Producer and Best Album at the inaugural Brit Asia Music Awards.

Hoping to continue his track record of producing smash hits, PBN has been busy working on his forthcoming album – ‘Crowd Pleaser’.

Giving Bhangra fans a taster of what to expect from the album, PBN is ready to release the first single which is set to be another dancefloor pleaser by the Hitmaker. ‘Kaun Nee Jaandah’ brings together the productions skills of the hitmaker with the distinguishable vocals of Daljit Mattu and immense dhol beats courtesy of The Dhol Foundation (TDF) for this huge feel good Panjabi track.

Speaking about the track and working with The Dhol Foundation, PBN says:

“Working with TDF was a long time ambition of mine. There is no doubting that they are by far the leading and most renowned Dhol group in the world. ‘Kaun Nee Jaandah’ represents who we are whilst still holding on to what TDF and myself represent…. Taking the raw energy and adrenaline of TDF dhols and combining it with feel good lyrics and PBNs infectious melodies, ‘Kaun Nee Jaandah’ is a huge Panjabi anthem.
